The Baltimore County Police Department and the Baltimore Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation will be presenting the 31st Annual Hostage Negotiation Seminar on February 9th & 10th, 2010
at the Hunt Valley Marriott’s Hotel
245 Shawan Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland, 21031.
Location: The conference will be held at the Hunt Valley Marriott Inn located in Hunt Valley, MD.
The hotel is located just off exit 20A of interstate I-83 on Shawan Road.
Who Should Attend: Police officers who are tasked with hostage/crisis negotiations, local police, sheriffs, district attorneys, correctional officers, officers from universities both state and community colleges, military police units, any Federal law enforcement agency, and mental health and behavioral science personnel.
Registration: The registration fee for the seminar is $ 145.00 per person. Registration is required prior to January 15, 2010. Please note that seating is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.

Agenda: A list of confirmed speakers will be made available to attendees prior to the start of the conference. No recording devices of any kind will be allowed. The program will begin promptly at 8:00 am each day. Attire for the seminar will be professional.
Sign-In Times: Pre-registration will be from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Monday evening in the hotel lobby. You may pick up your nametag and certificate at that time. Registration will begin at 7:00 am on Tuesday February 9th outside the conference room. Please remember to have your agency control number with you at the time of registration.
