Description: The Baltimore County Police Department and the Baltimore Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation will be presenting the 31st Annual Hostage Negotiation Seminar on February 9th & 10th, 2010 at the Hunt Valley Marriott’s Hotel located at 245 Shawan Road in Hunt Valley, Maryland, 21031.

Who Should Attend: Police officers who are tasked with hostage/crisis negotiations, local police, sheriffs, district attorneys, correctional officers, officers from universities both state and community colleges, military police units, any Federal law enforcement agency, and mental health and behavioral science personnel.
