The San Diego Regional Training Center is facilitating the highly popular negotiator training course, Domestic Violence for Crisis Negotiators, with several dates and locations scheduled.  The next offering is set to be held in Newport Beach, CA, June 14-16, 2010.  This course is fully funded by a federal DOJ grant from Washington D.C. and is certified by California POST.  Reviews of this course are always terrific with one of many highlighs of the class being the full day practical exercise at the conclusion.  This three day course is a must for any crisis negotiator.  Experts from various disciplines are involved in presenting discussions on legal issues, the dynamics of DV, incident management and a focus on negotiator skills during these trying events.
