Some CNTs are including Victims Services caseworkers/counsellors in their response to the scene to handle family members, victims, survivors and wirnesses. The idea is to relieve the CNT of the responsibility of dealing with these groups while assuring that referals for appropriate follow-up services are made. Your use of such services?
