Does your agency have a Crisis Intervention Team to act as first responders to calls involving the mentally ill (Memphis Model)?

Some of our Department Personnel (Patrol, Jail, some of whom are members of CNT and some who are not) have been trained (40hrs) in Crisis Intervention but we have not team, nor plans to form one.
