Does your hostage/crisis negotiations team utilize a mental health professional?

We have used one during Negotiations once, just recently, actually. We are talking with our Mental Health team and are looking into having them respond on all call outs or at least have one ready to respond.

Yes, he is a member of our team. Great use for intel, insight of the psyche of inmates. He does not particapate as a negotiatior during regularly scheduled training.
